About the Role:

Responsibilities:

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and meticulous Systems Data Architect to join our Systems Team in Hong Kong to develop, optimize, and oversee our company’s conceptual and logical data systems. Your duties may include preparing data reports, monitoring the system, and supervising system migrations. 

To succeed in this role, you should know how to examine new data system requirements and implement migration models. The ideal candidate will also have proven experience in data analysis and management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 


Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with our Digital Project Manager, play a key role in overseeing new features and functionality from user requirements scoping to execution. This involves thorough QA and testing of deliverables that are produced by developers/vendors before they are presented for sign-off

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated team player to join our Finance Team. Working closely with the Regional FM, this role will be based in our Singapore headquarters.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages, ensuring timely and accurate financial information is delivered to key stakeholders.
  • Perform full set of accounts including cashflow statement and tax assessments and identify areas for improvement in the group's financial reporting process to deliver efficiencies and best practice.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated team player to join our Japan Team to initially set up the leasing framework for Japan and upon property openings, oversee the leasing platform in Japan. As Leasing Manager, you will play an integral part in shaping the product and service delivery of Weave Living’s portfolio in Japan. This role will be based in our Tokyo office, with support from our Hong Kong headquarters.


Responsibilities:

  • Initially set up the traditional brokerage and property management structures with brokers and agents to capture the local and traditional customers 
  • At the same time, working closing with the Marketing to initially set up the leasing framework for Japan including the digital customer journey from lead generation to converting into a resident for our value-add strategy to ultimately disrupt the traditional brokerage and property management structures 
  • Monitor revenue budgets for our properties and implement strategies to ensure occupancy and pricing are achieved in accordance with annual budget 
  • Devise pricing strategy and procedures including renewal and occupancy management across our portfolio of properties 
  • Be an expert on the Weave product offering in Japan and be able to tailor our value proposition to relevant target audience 
  • Working closely with the Marketing Team to conduct market research, feedbacks and data analysis for market trends, resident analytics etc

About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated team player to join our Investment Team to support our investment program in South Korea, working closely with the GM - Korea, and Group Director - Investments.

As Director – Investments, you will take a senior leadership role in constructing Weave Living’s portfolio in South Korea. This role will be based in our Seoul office.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the full acquisition cycle, including sourcing, structuring, underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and execution of multifamily residential, serviced apartments and conversion opportunities in South Korea’s main cities, and other regional cities over time.
  • Work with the Group Corporate Finance, Group Investments and International Expansion teams to identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities in South Korea for Weave Living to expand its footprint through portfolio privatisations / acquisitions and operator acquisitions.
  • Be the local point person for asset-level and fund-level capital raising to grow AUM.
  • Conduct market and investment research and maintain strong market knowledge by developing sound relationships with developers, asset owners, research houses, brokers and other market participants like investors, fund managers and AMCs
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with banks and other lenders to build financing channels.
  • Supervise the preparation of project investment memorandum and investor reporting / post-completion asset management.


Requirements:

  • At least 10-12 years of experience in real estate investment, investment banking, brokerage, or asset management in South Korea.
  • Exposure to multi-family asset class would be an advantage.
  • Strong personal network in the Real Estate industry from local brokers, developers and landlords.
  • Ability to lead deal teams of lawyers, consultants, banks etc to achieve successful deal-closing outcomes.
  • Solid financial modelling and analysis experience, combined with the ability to take investment calls and build investment conviction.
