Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and food items are not included as amenities, but you can purchase them at any of the nearby convenience stores.
You can preview amenities through photos and a 360 virtual tour on our official website. The monthly rent includes furniture, appliances, bedding, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.
Our in-unit furniture is all custom-built to make use of every inch of your unit, so you may not need any additional furniture. But of course, you may want something of your own. Due to limited storage space, we’re not able to store any unwanted furniture on-site, but you may visit the Partnership section of our Weave App for off-property offerings such as storage and delivery services.
A member of the Community Team will give you a tour and show you the shared spaces and your unit features. Then the team will go through an inventory checklist with you to make sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Our Wi-Fi speed is fast enough for normal browsing and video streaming. To ensure a stable connection and smoother internet experience, we recommend switching off the Wi-Fi on any smart devices not in use. This will allow our broadband to better deliver to those devices that you are using.
Because we cater for a variety of residents staying for different lengths of time, our House Rules don’t allow existing fixtures and fittings to be interfered with in order to protect successive residents’ positive experience at Weave Living. Glue, scotch tape, gum-paper, nails, spikes, tacks, or any other item placed on or driven into any wall or floor or any fixture, fitting, or furniture in any part of the building is strictly prohibited. One thought is to set a framed photo or painting on a desk or shelf and have it lean against a wall, or display it in a free-standing photo frame.

You're more than welcome to bring family and friends to your home – just be sure to accompany them in shared spaces and remember they are bound by our House Rules. A visitor’s host resident is responsible for any misconduct by his or her visitor(s) during their stay, including disciplinary actions or fines that are considered appropriate by Weave Management.

Visitors staying more than 8 hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am the next day are considered overnight visitors. Each unit can have only one overnight visitor per day, and up to 10 overnight stays per month on a complimentary basis. However, a fee of HKD250 per visitor per night applies to each overnight visitor from the 11th night onwards.

When you move in, our Community Team will issue you a key card, which will allow access to the main entrance, your unit, and shared facilities. Simply tap the card to the door lock.
What if I lose my key?
After verifying your identity, Security will open your door as a temporary solution. You can then contact our Community Team via Weave App or the email listed below to arrange a replacement of your lost key card or key between 11am and 8pm for a fee of HKD150 per item. The lost card and/or key(s) will be deactivated for security reasons.

If your License Agreement needs to be stamped, you can bring the signed original copy of your License Agreement to the Inland Revenue Department (Kai Tak) and request an Adjudication Stamp for HK$50. A signed original copy of your License Agreement can be provided upon request from our Sales Team.
To secure a unit for a short stay (six nights to one month), you must pay the full license fee upfront plus a HKD1,500 security deposit.
For stays of three months or less, a deposit of HK$8,000 will be required.

When a unit becomes available and it’s your turn on the waitlist, we will contact you to arrange a unit change and a new Licence Agreement. Please note that there is a Unit Change fee of HK$1,500 for each unit change for the extra manpower and administration required. We will also charge for one overlapping day for both units to allow the unit change – this is one day in total.
Before moving in, you must pay a security deposit of one month’s licence fee, plus the first month’s licence fee in advance. Thereafter, your monthly licence fee will be due on the last week of the contract month.

“License Fee” for a License Agreement means the same thing as “Rental Fee” for a Tenancy Agreement. It is paid each month for the use of your unit and access to shared spaces and the front door of the Weave property you are in. Because you’re not signing a Tenancy Agreement, there is no stamp duty or agent’s fee.

We provide most of the electrical appliances already, including stove, oven, toaster, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, and filtered water. For personal appliances such as a kettle, blender, and rice cooker, we recommend keeping them in your unit for security reasons. Storage of personal items in any shared space, including the kitchen area, is prohibited, and they may be discarded without prior notice.
If you have an in-unit washer/dryer, it's naturally free of charge though you will have to pay for your own detergent and fabric softener. Washers and dryers in the shared laundry room are both SGD8 per time. Each washer cycle is 30 mins; each dryer cycle is 40mins.
Deep cleaning service varies depending on the unit type. Deep cleaning service is the same as your regular housekeeping, except that shared bathrooms in the Private Quad/Private Trio/Private Twin are also included. Other cleanings such as dishes, window curtains, air conditioner filters, etc will also be included! Please request deep cleaning service via the Weave App or the email listed below at least 24 hours in advance so our Community Team can arrange it.

We supply pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses and mugs.
Plastic bags are provided for the in-unit trash bins. For hygiene reasons, they will be disposed of along with the trash within.
To redeem your benefits, simply show them your Weave App (resident profile or QR code), or insert the promo code on the partner’s website when you check out. Please refer to the Weave App for details of redemption methods.
It depends on whether your unit type is single or double occupancy.

For security reasons, only one key can be set up per unit.
Double occupancy
If a person is registered as a resident under your unit, an additional key can be set up for him or her.
If you share a bathroom, it will be same-gender (applicable to Private Quad/Private Trio/Private Twin).
The Studio Single has an en-suite bathroom, while the Studio Single Plus has a private bathroom next to the unit, which results in a more spacious unit.
We will NOT accept mail, packages or parcels on behalf of residents at any time. Delivery people will be required to contact resident upon arrival for pickup at the main entrance. Weave will not be held responsible for any unattended items left at the main entrance or in open or shared areas.
All shared spaces, except for meeting rooms at selected properties, are for everyone to share on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a meeting room, contact the Community Team of your property via the Weave App or the email listed below. Upon successful reservation, your key will give you access to the meeting room at your allotted time.

Weave Studios are co-living studios that offer value for money with recreational shared spaces and a ready-made social life.
Unlike other serviced apartments in the market, Weave Suites offer a range of amenities, including meeting rooms, workspaces, and community activities for networking that are designed to help busy professionals live life to the full. Complimentary video streaming services and washing machines are also included.
If you wish to cancel your stay, you must submit a written notice to the Licensor at least one month in advance.
The first month’s paid license fee will be refunded but we will retain your security deposit.

For students new to Tokyo, we recommend units such as those at our Weave Place – Waseda Park or Weave Place – Ryogoku that are conveniently close to university campuses and language schools.

At Weave Place, we provide the same standard of furniture, appliances, and furnishings in all our properties.
You can enjoy a comfortable living environment by selecting your desired room type and contract duration from properties conveniently located.
Utilities are all included in the rent so no need to register with utility companies including electricity, gas, or water. Moreover, high-speed Wi-Fi is instantly available – so you can enjoy hassle-free living from day one.
Once you are an in-house resident, we can. Because of security concerns, our Community Team at your property cannot receive letters or parcels before then.
We don't have any dedicated parking spaces, but drop-off is possible at the main entrance of each of our properties.
As a general rule, we request check-in between 09:00 and 18:00 when staff are on duty. If you arrive outside these hours due to flight schedules or other reasons, self-check-in is also possible. Instructions will be sent to your registered email address a few hours before the start of your contract.
After self check-in, a staff member will need to conduct a move-in inspection in your room within two business days.

The inventory list covers all items within your unit and notes their condition. Before you move in, we will ensure everything is available in the unit or provide alternatives – and this will be clearly marked on the list. if you find anything on the list that’s missing or damaged, you should notify the team through the Weave App within 48 hours after moving in.
So that you return the unit in the same good condition as when you first moved in, daily cleaning is highly appreciated. When you move out, the team will go through the list with you again. If any items are missing or damaged, there may be a repair or replacement fee.
All personal items must be removed from the unit before you check out or a disposal fee may be charged to remove any items left behind.

Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and food items are not included as amenities, but you can purchase them at any of the nearby convenience stores.
You can preview amenities through photos and a 360 virtual tour on our official website. The monthly rent includes furniture, appliances, bedding, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.
Our in-unit furniture is all custom-built to make use of every inch of your unit, so you may not need any additional furniture. But of course, you may want something of your own. Due to limited storage space, we’re not able to store any unwanted furniture on-site, but you may visit the Partnership section of our Weave App for off-property offerings such as storage and delivery services.
A member of the Community Team will give you a tour and show you the shared spaces and your unit features. Then the team will go through an inventory checklist with you to make sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Our Wi-Fi speed is fast enough for normal browsing and video streaming. To ensure a stable connection and smoother internet experience, we recommend switching off the Wi-Fi on any smart devices not in use. This will allow our broadband to better deliver to those devices that you are using.
Because we cater for a variety of residents staying for different lengths of time, our House Rules don’t allow existing fixtures and fittings to be interfered with in order to protect successive residents’ positive experience at Weave Living. Glue, scotch tape, gum-paper, nails, spikes, tacks, or any other item placed on or driven into any wall or floor or any fixture, fitting, or furniture in any part of the building is strictly prohibited. One thought is to set a framed photo or painting on a desk or shelf and have it lean against a wall, or display it in a free-standing photo frame.

All our properties have a non-smoking policy, and smoking is generally restricted in public locations including streets. Please check the details of the property for local municipal guidelines.
For any issue – plumbing, internet, windows, or others – report it on the Weave App and maintenance will be arranged. There’s even room on the app to describe the issue in detail and upload a photo or video to help us understand the situation better. For urgent matters such as a leaking faucet or electrical outage, approach Security on the ground floor of your property for immediate assistance.

Visitors staying more than 8 hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am the next day are considered overnight visitors. Each unit can have only one overnight visitor per day, and up to 10 overnight stays per month on a complimentary basis. However, a fee of HKD250 per visitor per night applies to each overnight visitor from the 11th night onwards.

When you move in, our Community Team will issue you a key card, which will allow access to the main entrance, your unit, and shared facilities. Simply tap the card to the door lock.
What if I lose my key?
After verifying your identity, Security will open your door as a temporary solution. You can then contact our Community Team via Weave App or the email listed below to arrange a replacement of your lost key card or key between 11am and 8pm for a fee of HKD150 per item. The lost card and/or key(s) will be deactivated for security reasons.

We offer our residents the flexibility to choose from short stays to as long as they like. Our residents usually start with 6–12 months and then extend if they don't have any major changes in their life or careers.
Simply report it on the Weave App and maintenance will be promptly arranged. Once we we are made aware of the situation, our staff will address the issue appropriately. To help us better understand the issue, please describe it in detail and upload a photo or video in the app.

If the noise source cannot be identified, a general noise-disturbance notice will be posted in prominent areas within the building to remind all residents to be mindful of noise and to request their cooperation. No, but we have a variety of plans from short stays of six nights to as long as you like. The monthly license fees will often be lower for longer contracts.
If your License Agreement needs to be stamped, you can bring the signed original copy of your License Agreement to the Inland Revenue Department (Kai Tak) and request an Adjudication Stamp for HK$50. A signed original copy of your License Agreement can be provided upon request from our Sales Team.
To secure a unit for a short stay (six nights to one month), you must pay the full license fee upfront plus a HKD1,500 security deposit.
For stays of three months or less, a deposit of HK$8,000 will be required.
To secure a unit for a long stay (three months or longer), you must pay the first month’s licence fee plus a security deposit equal to one month’s license fee (before any discount).
For students staying for one month or longer, you must pay the first month’s licence fee plus a security deposit equal to two month’s license fee (before any discount).

If a License Fee must be determined for a partial month, it will be calculated by dividing the monthly Licence Fee by the number of days in your lease cycle month. That daily figure will then be multiplied by the number of days the unit was occupied.

“License Fee” for a License Agreement means the same thing as “Rental Fee” for a Tenancy Agreement. It is paid each month for the use of your unit and access to shared spaces and the front door of the Weave property you are in. Because you’re not signing a Tenancy Agreement, there is no stamp duty or agent’s fee.

All visitors must go through an admin procedure at the security counter on arrival and departure. By using our Weave App, you may generate a QR code and have it sent to your visiting friends or family to self-register at the security counter. The majority of our homes come with windows that can be opened – so you can enjoy fresh air whenever you like.
All our properties have a strict non-smoking policy including terraces and/or rooftops (if applicable). You can, of course, smoke outside the premises.
For any plumbing, internet, window, or other issues, report it using the Weave App and we will arrange for maintenance. You can even describe the problem in detail through the app and upload a photo or video to help us better understand the problem. For urgent matters such as a leaking faucet or electrical outage, contact the Community Team/Security Team for immediate assistance.

We provide most of the electrical appliances already, including stove, oven, toaster, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, and filtered water. For personal appliances such as a kettle, blender, and rice cooker, we recommend keeping them in your unit for security reasons. Storage of personal items in any shared space, including the kitchen area, is prohibited, and they may be discarded without prior notice.
If you have an in-unit washer/dryer, it's naturally free of charge though you will have to pay for your own detergent and fabric softener. Washers and dryers in the shared laundry room are both SGD8 per time. Each washer cycle is 30 mins; each dryer cycle is 40mins.
Deep cleaning service varies depending on the unit type. Deep cleaning service is the same as your regular housekeeping, except that shared bathrooms in the Private Quad/Private Trio/Private Twin are also included. Other cleanings such as dishes, window curtains, air conditioner filters, etc will also be included! If you wish to cancel your stay, you must submit a written notice to the Licensor at least one month in advance.

We don't have any dedicated parking spaces, but drop-off is possible at the main entrance of each of our properties.
As a general rule, we request check-in between 09:00 and 18:00 when staff are on duty. If you arrive outside these hours due to flight schedules or other reasons, self-check-in is also possible. Instructions will be sent to your registered email address a few hours before the start of your contract.
After self check-in, a staff member will need to conduct a move-in inspection in your room within two business days.

Residents can use the Weave App to report any issues or problems as a CASE with images or videos. and Our Operations Team will review the CASE and make contact to provide support and solutions.
The inventory list covers all items within your unit and notes their condition. Before you move in, we will ensure everything is available in the unit or provide alternatives – and this will be clearly marked on the list. if you find anything on the list that’s missing or damaged, you should notify the team through the Weave App within 48 hours after moving in.
So that you return the unit in the same good condition as when you first moved in, daily cleaning is highly appreciated. When you move out, the team will go through the list with you again. If any items are missing or damaged, there may be a repair or replacement fee.
All personal items must be removed from the unit before you check out or a disposal fee may be charged to remove any items left behind.

All our homes are move-in ready and fully furnished with design-forward furniture and appliances, a hotel-quality bed with exceptional comfort, and ample storage. The inventory list covers all items within your unit and notes their condition. Before you move in, we will ensure everything is available in the unit or provide alternatives – and this will be clearly marked on the list. if you find anything on the list that’s missing or damaged, you should notify the team through the Weave App within 48 hours after moving in.
So that you return the unit in the same good condition as when you first moved in, daily cleaning is highly appreciated. When you move out, the team will go through the list with you again. If any items are missing or damaged, there may be a repair or replacement fee.
All personal items must be removed from the unit before you check out or a disposal fee may be charged to remove any items left behind.
Our Wi-Fi speed is fast enough for normal browsing and video streaming. To ensure a stable connection and smoother internet experience, we recommend switching off the Wi-Fi on any smart devices not in use. This will allow our broadband to better deliver to those devices that you are using.
Because we cater for a variety of residents staying for different lengths of time, our House Rules don’t allow existing fixtures and fittings to be interfered with in order to protect successive residents’ positive experience at Weave Living. Glue, scotch tape, gum-paper, nails, spikes, tacks, or any other item placed on or driven into any wall or floor or any fixture, fitting, or furniture in any part of the building is strictly prohibited. One thought is to set a framed photo or painting on a desk or shelf and have it lean against a wall, or display it in a free-standing photo frame.

A visitor’s host resident is responsible for any misconduct by his or her visitor(s) during their stay, including disciplinary actions or fines that are considered appropriate by Weave Management.

Visitors staying more than 8 hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am the next day are considered overnight visitors. Each unit can have only one overnight visitor per day, and up to 10 overnight stays per month on a complimentary basis. However, a fee of HKD250 per visitor per night applies to each overnight visitor from the 11th night onwards.

What if I lose my key?
After verifying your identity, Security will open your door as a temporary solution. If your License Agreement needs to be stamped, you can bring the signed original copy of your License Agreement to the Inland Revenue Department (Kai Tak) and request an Adjudication Stamp for HK$50. A signed original copy of your License Agreement can be provided upon request from our Sales Team.

When a unit becomes available and it’s your turn on the waitlist, we will contact you to arrange a unit change and a new Licence Agreement. Please note that there is a Unit Change fee of HK$1,500 for each unit change for the extra manpower and administration required. We will also charge for one overlapping day for both units to allow the unit change – this is one day in total.

Storage of personal items in any shared space, including the kitchen area, is prohibited, and they may be discarded without prior notice.
If you have an in-unit washer/dryer, it's naturally free of charge though you will have to pay for your own detergent and fabric softener. Washers and dryers in the shared laundry room are both SGD8 per time. Each washer cycle is 30 mins; each dryer cycle is 40mins.
Deep cleaning service varies depending on the unit type. Deep cleaning service is the same as your regular housekeeping, except that shared bathrooms in the Private Quad/Private Trio/Private Twin are also included. Other cleanings such as dishes, window curtains, air conditioner filters, etc will also be included! Unlike other serviced apartments in the market, Weave Suites offer a range of amenities, including meeting rooms, workspaces, and community activities for networking that are designed to help busy professionals live life to the full. Complimentary video streaming services and washing machines are also included.
If you wish to cancel your stay, you must submit a written notice to the Licensor at least one month in advance.
The first month’s paid license fee will be refunded but we will retain your security deposit.

For students new to Tokyo, we recommend units such as those at our Weave Place – Waseda Park or Weave Place – Ryogoku that are conveniently close to university campuses and language schools.

Utilities are all included in the rent so no need to register with utility companies including electricity, gas, or water. Moreover, high-speed Wi-Fi is instantly available – so you can enjoy hassle-free living from day one.
Once you are an in-house resident, we can. Because of security concerns, our Community Team at your property cannot receive letters or parcels before then.
We don't have any dedicated parking spaces, but drop-off is possible at the main entrance of each of our properties.
As a general rule, we request check-in between 09:00 and 18:00 when staff are on duty. If you arrive outside these hours due to flight schedules or other reasons, self-check-in is also possible. Instructions will be sent to your registered email address a few hours before the start of your contract.
After self check-in, a staff member will need to conduct a move-in inspection in your room within two business days.

The inventory list covers all items within your unit and notes their condition. Before you move in, we will ensure everything is available in the unit or provide alternatives – and this will be clearly marked on the list. if you find anything on the list that’s missing or damaged, you should notify the team through the Weave App within 48 hours after moving in.
So that you return the unit in the same good condition as when you first moved in, daily cleaning is highly appreciated. When you move out, the team will go through the list with you again. If any items are missing or damaged, there may be a repair or replacement fee.

Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and food items are not included as amenities, but you can purchase them at any of the nearby convenience stores.
You can preview amenities through photos and a 360 virtual tour on our official website. The monthly rent includes furniture, appliances, bedding, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.
Our in-unit furniture is all custom-built to make use of every inch of your unit, so you may not need any additional furniture. But of course, you may want something of your own. Due to limited storage space, we’re not able to store any unwanted furniture on-site, but you may visit the Partnership section of our Weave App for off-property offerings such as storage and delivery services.
A member of the Community Team will give you a tour and show you the shared spaces and your unit features. Then the team will go through an inventory checklist with you to make sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Our Wi-Fi speed is fast enough for normal browsing and video streaming. To ensure a stable connection and smoother internet experience, we recommend switching off the Wi-Fi on any smart devices not in use. This will allow our broadband to better deliver to those devices that you are using.
Because we cater for a variety of residents staying for different lengths of time, our House Rules don’t allow existing fixtures and fittings to be interfered with in order to protect successive residents’ positive experience at Weave Living. Glue, scotch tape, gum-paper, nails, spikes, tacks, or any other item placed on or driven into any wall or floor or any fixture, fitting, or furniture in any part of the building is strictly prohibited. One thought is to set a framed photo or painting on a desk or shelf and have it lean against a wall, or display it in a free-standing photo frame.

All our properties have a non-smoking policy, and smoking is generally restricted in public locations including streets. Please check the details of the property for local municipal guidelines.
For any issue – plumbing, internet, windows, or others – report it on the Weave App and maintenance will be arranged. There’s even room on the app to describe the issue in detail and upload a photo or video to help us understand the situation better. For urgent matters such as a leaking faucet or electrical outage, approach Security on the ground floor of your property for immediate assistance.

To ensure all personal information is protected, we cannot disclose any details regarding residents' places of origin. Our residents come from many countries around the world.

Visitors staying more than 8 hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am the next day are considered overnight visitors. Each unit can have only one overnight visitor per day, and up to 10 overnight stays per month on a complimentary basis. However, a fee of HKD250 per visitor per night applies to each overnight visitor from the 11th night onwards.

When you move in, our Community Team will issue you a key card, which will allow access to the main entrance, your unit, and shared facilities. Simply tap the card to the door lock.
What if I lose my key?
After verifying your identity, Security will open your door as a temporary solution. You can then contact our Community Team via Weave App or the email listed below to arrange a replacement of your lost key card or key between 11am and 8pm for a fee of HKD150 per item. The lost card and/or key(s) will be deactivated for security reasons.

If your License Agreement needs to be stamped, you can bring the signed original copy of your License Agreement to the Inland Revenue Department (Kai Tak) and request an Adjudication Stamp for HK$50. A signed original copy of your License Agreement can be provided upon request from our Sales Team.
To secure a unit for a short stay (six nights to one month), you must pay the full license fee upfront plus a HKD1,500 security deposit.
For stays of three months or less, a deposit of HK$8,000 will be required.

A unit change or upgrade is possible. If you moved in, but not into your desired unit type, we will put you on a waitlist. When a unit becomes available and it’s your turn on the waitlist, we will contact you to arrange a unit change and a new Licence Agreement. Please note that there is a Unit Change fee of HK$1,500 for each unit change for the extra manpower and administration required. We will also charge for one overlapping day for both units to allow the unit change – this is one day in total.
Before moving in, you must pay a security deposit of one month’s licence fee, plus the first month’s licence fee in advance. Thereafter, your monthly licence fee will be due on the last week of the contract month.

“License Fee” for a License Agreement means the same thing as “Rental Fee” for a Tenancy Agreement. It is paid each month for the use of your unit and access to shared spaces and the front door of the Weave property you are in. All visitors must go through an admin procedure at the security counter on arrival and departure. By using our Weave App, you may generate a QR code and have it sent to your visiting friends or family to self-register at the security counter. Click on the "Visitor Code" icon located on the Property page of the Weave App and simple follow the instructions!
It is advised that you read through the "Notes to Visitors" before you "Share Visitor Registration Form" to your friends and family!
The majority of our homes come with windows that can be opened – so you can enjoy fresh air whenever you like.
All our properties have a strict non-smoking policy including terraces and/or rooftops (if applicable). You can, of course, smoke outside the premises.
For any plumbing, internet, window, or other issues, report it using the Weave App and we will arrange for maintenance. You can even describe the problem in detail through the app and upload a photo or video to help us better understand the problem. For urgent matters such as a leaking faucet or electrical outage, contact the Community Team/Security Team for immediate assistance.
The times vary, but you can avoid waiting by checking the machine status on your Weave App.
Daytime Visitors
You're more than welcome to bring family and friends to your home – just be sure to accompany them in shared spaces and remember they are bound by the House Rules. A visitor’s host resident will be held responsible for any misconduct by his or her visitor(s) during their stay, including disciplinary actions or fines considered appropriate by Weave Management.

Delivery people will be allowed to proceed to the residence floor upon presentation of the resident’s FULL NAME AND RESIDENCE NUMBER. For safety and security reasons, deliveries without such information will not be allowed entry and the Community Team will not be held responsible.

We provide most of the electrical appliances already, including stove, oven, toaster, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, and filtered water. For personal appliances such as a kettle, blender, and rice cooker, we recommend keeping them in your unit for security reasons. Storage of personal items in any shared space, including the kitchen area, is prohibited, and they may be discarded without prior notice.
If you have an in-unit washer/dryer, it's naturally free of charge though you will have to pay for your own detergent and fabric softener. Washers and dryers in the shared laundry room are both SGD8 per time. Each washer cycle is 30 mins; each dryer cycle is 40mins.
Deep cleaning service varies depending on the unit type. Deep cleaning service is the same as your regular housekeeping, except that shared bathrooms in the Private Quad/Private Trio/Private Twin are also included. Other cleanings such as dishes, window curtains, air conditioner filters, etc will also be included! Please request deep cleaning service via the Weave App or the email listed below at least 24 hours in advance so our Community Team can arrange it.

Both units have an en-suite bathroom. The Studio Single has a single bed, while the Studio Single Plus has a double bed, which means more sleeping space and more storage space under the hydraulic bed. The unit size of the Studio Single Plus is slightly larger, as well.

Our Wi-Fi speed is fast enough for normal browsing and video streaming. To ensure a stable connection and the best possible internet experience, we recommend you switch off the Wi-Fi on any smart devices not in use so our broadband can best deliver to those being used.
While most events are free, some may have an at-cost fee that can be paid via the Weave App. Please click on the event details to find out if it is free.

Unlike other serviced apartments in the market, Weave Suites offer a range of amenities, including meeting rooms, workspaces, and community activities for networking that are designed to help busy professionals live life to the full. Complimentary video streaming services and washing machines are also included.
If you wish to cancel your stay, you must submit a written notice to the Licensor at least one month in advance.
The first month’s paid license fee will be refunded but we will retain your security deposit.
