Filming, photography and videography for personal use are all permitted. However, any marketing or commercial use requires prior authorization from Weave Living. Any materials, including but not limited to photography, audio and video recording, produced at any Weave Living property, are strictly prohibited from broadcast, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other use, without prior consent from Weave Living.
Living at Weave gives you access to the shared spaces at your property. These varies from property to property but normally includes a well-equipped gym, kitchen, spacious living room, laundry room, rooftop or terrace, and more.
You're most welcome to bring family members and friends to your home – just be sure to accompany them in shared spaces and remember that they are bound by the House Rules. As a resident you will be held responsible for any misconduct by your visitor(s) during their stay, including disciplinary actions or fines considered appropriate by Weave Management.

We offer a choice of plans from a one-month stay to as long as you like. You can change your length of stay whenever you renew and the longer you stay the better the rate. We also offer selected unit types for a minimum of six nights. Simply enquire on.
The safety of our residents is paramount. Our Projects and Community Team ensures that properties comply with all Fire Services Department safety regulations. All properties are also staffed with an overnight security guard and equipped with CCTV cameras. In addition, we collect emergency contact information from residents when they first move in.

He is particularly adept at conceptualising, creating and growing businesses, a passion for which he channelled into founding Weave Living in 2017 – all in pursuit of a vision of “hassle-free city living for all” in Asia Pacific. Since inception, Weave Living has grown rapidly to own and manage a US$1 billion portfolio of assets in less than just five years.
Sachin graduated with First Class Honours in Engineering and Physics from the Australian National University where he won the University Medal, bestowed on students for 'consistent academic excellence'.

Our Studios and Suites properties have a no-pet policy. Animals of every kind, including fish, are not allowed.
Residences
One pet (a dog or cat) weighing no more than 15kg is allowed in each pet-friendly residence. Any exceptions must be approved by Weave Management before being allowed on the premises.
