As a general rule, we request check-in between 09:00 and 18:00 when staff are on duty. If you arrive outside these hours due to flight schedules or other reasons, self-check-in is also possible. Instructions will be sent to your registered email address a few hours before the start of your contract.
After self check-in, a staff member will need to conduct a move-in inspection in your room within two business days.

Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and food items are not included as amenities, but you can purchase them at any of the nearby convenience stores.
You can preview amenities through photos and a 360 virtual tour on our official website. The monthly rent includes furniture, appliances, bedding, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.

You can check in at any time after 00:00 on the start date of your lease.
Our team is available between 09:00 and 18:00. If your arrival is outside of these hours, you can obtain the key and perform self-check-in on site. Instructions for self-check-in will be sent to your registered email address a few hours before the contract start date.
If you opt for self check-in, please be aware that the operations team will visit the site within two business days to verify your ID and conduct a move-in inspection of your unit as part of our house rules. Kindly inform us of your preferred time for this visit.

The inventory list covers all items within your unit and notes their condition. Before you move in, we will ensure everything is available in the unit or provide alternatives – and this will be clearly marked on the list. if you find anything on the list that’s missing or damaged, you should notify the team through the Weave App within 48 hours after moving in.
So that you return the unit in the same good condition as when you first moved in, daily cleaning is highly appreciated. When you move out, the team will go through the list with you again. If any items are missing or damaged, there may be a repair or replacement fee.
All personal items must be removed from the unit before you check out or a disposal fee may be charged to remove any items left behind.
Our Wi-Fi speed is fast enough for normal browsing and video streaming. To ensure a stable connection and smoother internet experience, we recommend switching off the Wi-Fi on any smart devices not in use. This will allow our broadband to better deliver to those devices that you are using.

Communication is the best initial approach, so we recommend speaking with your neighbor so they're aware there’s a problem. If the bad behaviour persists, contact our Community Team via Weave App or the email listed below for assistance. We have zero tolerance for repeat offenders.

If the noise source cannot be identified, a general noise-disturbance notice will be posted in prominent areas within the building to remind all residents to be mindful of noise and to request their cooperation. If the source of the noise has been identified, we will directly notify the resident responsible to rectify the issue.

Before moving in, you must pay a security deposit of one month’s licence fee, plus the first month’s licence fee in advance. Thereafter, your monthly licence fee will be due on the last week of the contract month.

You can now book your new home directly on our website. Simply click the BOOK NOW button, select your preferred location, occupancy, move-in and move-out date, then you will see all the available homes that match your requirements.
To secure a unit for a short stay (six nights to one month), you must pay the full license fee upfront plus an HKD1,500 security deposit.
To secure a unit for a long stay (one month or longer), you must pay the first month’s licence fee plus a security deposit equal to the first month’s licence fee (before any discount).

All our properties have a strict non-smoking policy including terraces and/or rooftops (if applicable). You can, of course, smoke outside the premises.
For any plumbing, internet, window, or other issues, report it using the Weave App and we will arrange for maintenance. You can even describe the problem in detail through the app and upload a photo or video to help us better understand the problem. For urgent matters such as a leaking faucet or electrical outage, contact the Community Team/Security Team for immediate assistance.

Weave Living founder and CEO Sachin is a 'global citizen' who has lived in Australia, Hong Kong and his native India.
He has nearly two decades’ experience in Asia Pacific’s real estate industry having played senior investing and investment banking leadership roles in renowned international institutions such as APG, Merrill Lynch and Citi.
In 2016, he was named in the Urban Land Institute’s “40 Under 40” list, which singles out the brightest and best young land-use professionals worldwide. He is particularly adept at conceptualising, creating and growing businesses, a passion for which he channelled into founding Weave Living in 2017 – all in pursuit of a vision of “hassle-free city living for all” in Asia Pacific. As a general rule, we request check-in between 09:00 and 18:00 when staff are on duty. If you arrive outside these hours due to flight schedules or other reasons, self-check-in is also possible. Instructions will be sent to your registered email address a few hours before the start of your contract.
After self check-in, a staff member will need to conduct a move-in inspection in your room within two business days.

Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and food items are not included as amenities, but you can purchase them at any of the nearby convenience stores.
You can preview amenities through photos and a 360 virtual tour on our official website. The monthly rent includes furniture, appliances, bedding, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.

You can check in at any time after 00:00 on the start date of your lease.
Our team is available between 09:00 and 18:00. If your arrival is outside of these hours, you can obtain the key and perform self-check-in on site. Instructions for self-check-in will be sent to your registered email address a few hours before the contract start date.
If you opt for self check-in, please be aware that the operations team will visit the site within two business days to verify your ID and conduct a move-in inspection of your unit as part of our house rules. Kindly inform us of your preferred time for this visit.

The inventory list covers all items within your unit and notes their condition. Before you move in, we will ensure everything is available in the unit or provide alternatives – and this will be clearly marked on the list. if you find anything on the list that’s missing or damaged, you should notify the team through the Weave App within 48 hours after moving in.
So that you return the unit in the same good condition as when you first moved in, daily cleaning is highly appreciated. When you move out, the team will go through the list with you again. If any items are missing or damaged, there may be a repair or replacement fee.
All personal items must be removed from the unit before you check out or a disposal fee may be charged to remove any items left behind.
Our Wi-Fi speed is fast enough for normal browsing and video streaming. To ensure a stable connection and smoother internet experience, we recommend switching off the Wi-Fi on any smart devices not in use. This will allow our broadband to better deliver to those devices that you are using.

If the noise source cannot be identified, a general noise-disturbance notice will be posted in prominent areas within the building to remind all residents to be mindful of noise and to request their cooperation. If the source of the noise has been identified, we will directly notify the resident responsible to rectify the issue.

For urgent matters such as a leaking faucet or electrical outage, contact the Community Team/Security Team for immediate assistance.

As a general rule, we request check-in between 09:00 and 18:00 when staff are on duty. If you arrive outside these hours due to flight schedules or other reasons, self-check-in is also possible. Instructions will be sent to your registered email address a few hours before the start of your contract.
After self check-in, a staff member will need to conduct a move-in inspection in your room within two business days.

Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and food items are not included as amenities, but you can purchase them at any of the nearby convenience stores.
You can preview amenities through photos and a 360 virtual tour on our official website. The monthly rent includes furniture, appliances, bedding, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.

You can check in at any time after 00:00 on the start date of your lease.
Our team is available between 09:00 and 18:00. If your arrival is outside of these hours, you can obtain the key and perform self-check-in on site. Instructions for self-check-in will be sent to your registered email address a few hours before the contract start date.
If you opt for self check-in, please be aware that the operations team will visit the site within two business days to verify your ID and conduct a move-in inspection of your unit as part of our house rules. Kindly inform us of your preferred time for this visit.

The inventory list covers all items within your unit and notes their condition. Before you move in, we will ensure everything is available in the unit or provide alternatives – and this will be clearly marked on the list. if you find anything on the list that’s missing or damaged, you should notify the team through the Weave App within 48 hours after moving in.
So that you return the unit in the same good condition as when you first moved in, daily cleaning is highly appreciated. When you move out, the team will go through the list with you again. If any items are missing or damaged, there may be a repair or replacement fee.
All personal items must be removed from the unit before you check out or a disposal fee may be charged to remove any items left behind.
Our Wi-Fi speed is fast enough for normal browsing and video streaming. To ensure a stable connection and smoother internet experience, we recommend switching off the Wi-Fi on any smart devices not in use. This will allow our broadband to better deliver to those devices that you are using.

If the noise source cannot be identified, a general noise-disturbance notice will be posted in prominent areas within the building to remind all residents to be mindful of noise and to request their cooperation. If the source of the noise has been identified, we will directly notify the resident responsible to rectify the issue.

For any plumbing, internet, window, or other issues, report it using the Weave App and we will arrange for maintenance. For urgent matters such as a leaking faucet or electrical outage, contact the Community Team/Security Team for immediate assistance.

He has nearly two decades’ experience in Asia Pacific’s real estate industry having played senior investing and investment banking leadership roles in renowned international institutions such as APG, Merrill Lynch and Citi.
In 2016, he was named in the Urban Land Institute’s “40 Under 40” list, which singles out the brightest and best young land-use professionals worldwide. He is particularly adept at conceptualising, creating and growing businesses, a passion for which he channelled into founding Weave Living in 2017 – all in pursuit of a vision of “hassle-free city living for all” in Asia Pacific. As a general rule, we request check-in between 09:00 and 18:00 when staff are on duty. If you arrive outside these hours due to flight schedules or other reasons, self-check-in is also possible. After self check-in, a staff member will need to conduct a move-in inspection in your room within two business days.

You can check in at any time after 00:00 on the start date of your lease.
Our team is available between 09:00 and 18:00. If your arrival is outside of these hours, you can obtain the key and perform self-check-in on site. Instructions for self-check-in will be sent to your registered email address a few hours before the contract start date.
If you opt for self check-in, please be aware that the operations team will visit the site within two business days to verify your ID and conduct a move-in inspection of your unit as part of our house rules. Kindly inform us of your preferred time for this visit.

The inventory list covers all items within your unit and notes their condition. Before you move in, we will ensure everything is available in the unit or provide alternatives – and this will be clearly marked on the list. if you find anything on the list that’s missing or damaged, you should notify the team through the Weave App within 48 hours after moving in.
So that you return the unit in the same good condition as when you first moved in, daily cleaning is highly appreciated. When you move out, the team will go through the list with you again. If any items are missing or damaged, there may be a repair or replacement fee.
All personal items must be removed from the unit before you check out or a disposal fee may be charged to remove any items left behind.
Our Wi-Fi speed is fast enough for normal browsing and video streaming. To ensure a stable connection and smoother internet experience, we recommend switching off the Wi-Fi on any smart devices not in use. This will allow our broadband to better deliver to those devices that you are using.

For any plumbing, internet, window, or other issues, report it using the Weave App and we will arrange for maintenance. For urgent matters such as a leaking faucet or electrical outage, contact the Community Team/Security Team for immediate assistance.

If you have an in-unit washer/dryer, it's naturally free of charge though you will have to pay for your own detergent and fabric softener. Washers and dryers in the shared laundry room are both SGD8 per time. Each washer cycle is 30 mins; each dryer cycle is 40mins.

Weave Living founder and CEO Sachin is a 'global citizen' who has lived in Australia, Hong Kong and his native India.
He has nearly two decades’ experience in Asia Pacific’s real estate industry having played senior investing and investment banking leadership roles in renowned international institutions such as APG, Merrill Lynch and Citi.
In 2016, he was named in the Urban Land Institute’s “40 Under 40” list, which singles out the brightest and best young land-use professionals worldwide. We acquire properties as new constructions and cater to various customer needs by operating some units as unfurnished standard rental properties and others as furnished monthly rental properties. This allows us to provide an optimal living environment tailored to different preferences.
Filming, photography and videography for personal use is acceptable. However, you must seek prior authorization from Weave Living for any marketing or commercial content. Weave Living strictly prohibits any materials produced at any Weave Living property including – but not limited to photography, audio and video recording – from broadcast, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other use without our prior consent.

With a standard Tokyo rental contract, you typically need to pay various fees such as key money, brokerage fees, management fees, internet charges, utility bills, bicycle parking fees, renewal fees, re-contracting fees, key exchange fees, guarantor company fees, furniture and appliance costs, and other miscellaneous expenses. For all Weave Place properties, however, none of these fees are required.
