  1. Sunyu Parkside Early Bird Promotion (this “Promotion”) ends on 30th November 2024, 23:59:59
  2. This promotion only applies to bookings with:
  3. Move in from November – January 2025
  4. For the duration of 1 to 9 months
  5. For the applicant to be eligible for this Promotion, they must:
  6. Confirm their booking by signing all documents required including but not limited to the Licence Agreement within the Promotion Period; and
  7. Make relevant payments relating to their booking to Weave Living within the Promotion Period
  8. If confirmation and payment are not received by Weave Living within the Promotion Period, the applicant may still be accepted as a resident but may not be able to enjoy the Promotion
  9. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
