Terms & Conditions
1. Smart Choice for Smart Students (this “Promotion”) ends on midnight 7 February 2025.
2. This promotion only applies to 6- or 12-month lease terms bookings.
3. To be eligible for this Promotion, applicants must:
a. Confirm their booking by signing all documents required including but not limited to the Licence Agreement within the Promotion Period; and
b. Make relevant payments relating to their booking to Weave Living within the Promotion Period.
4. If confirmation and payment are not received by Weave Living within the Promotion Period, the applicant may still be accepted as a resident but may not be able to enjoy the Promotion.
5. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
6. This Promotion is a limited-time offer only and is subject to availability. Weave Living entities reserve the right to interpret, amend or modify the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion at their sole and absolute discretion.
7. Subsequent renewals or extensions may be available and will be subject to the prevailing pricing at the time of renewal or extension.
8. Free rent is only available before the lease term.
