It depends on whether your unit type is single or double occupancy.
Single occupancy
For security reasons, only one key can be set up per unit.
Double occupancy
If a person is registered as a resident under your unit, an additional key can be set up for him or her.
All visitors must go through an admin procedure at the security counter on arrival and departure. By using our Weave App, you may generate a QR code and have it sent to your visiting friends or family to self-register at the security counter. Click on the "Visitor Code" icon located on the Property page of the Weave App and simple follow the instructions!
It is advised that you read through the "Notes to Visitors" before you "Share Visitor Registration Form" to your friends and family!
You can now book your new home directly on our website. Simply click the BOOK NOW button, select your preferred location, occupancy, move-in and move-out date, then you will see all the available homes that match your requirements.
To secure a unit for a long stay (one month or longer), you must pay the first month’s rent plus a security deposit equal to the first month’s rent (before any discount).

According to the lease agreement, if you terminate the agreement early, we require written notice at least one month in advance and you will forfeit your security deposit.

We are not able to store residents’ belongings as we have no space and cannot be responsible for the safety and security of your property. Please visit the Partnership section of our Weave App for off-property offerings such as storage and delivery services.

An inventory list includes all items in your unit and their condition. Upon your move-in, the Community Team will make sure they're available in the unit or provide alternatives – which will be marked clearly on the list. You should tell the team through the Weave App or the email listed below if you find anything on the list missing or damaged within 48 hours after you move in. When you move out, the team will go through the list with you again. If any items are missing or damaged, there may be a repair or replacement fee involved.

For contracts longer than 3 months, there will be a penalty equivalent to 2 months’ rent.
For contracts shorter than 3 months, your security deposit (equivalent to 1 month’s rent) will be forfeited and you must pay the rent for the remaining stay.
Towels, hairdryer, slippers, and toothbrushes are not provided, but can easily be purchased near your home. You can bring your own linen or purchase a linen set by contacting our Community Team through the email listed below. Just ask the Community Team through the Weave App or the email listed below for directions.

Before you move in, our Facilities and Housekeeping Team will go through an inspection of your unit and perform a deep clean. However, it’s possible that some minor defects (hairline cracks in the paint, for example) may be found during your move-in. Our Community Team will note any defects, plus you’ll have 48 hours to report any defects through the Weave App or the email listed below for our team to fix.
