As we do not have a concierge or front desk staff, we are unable to offer luggage storage services. However, each room has a mailbox and parcel box within the building. If you are absent, parcels will be stored in the parcel box.

Yes we have put a set of house rules in place to ensure a comfortable and safe living environment for all residents.

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact our support team for assistance. Once we confirm the situation, our staff will provide appropriate assistance.

After verifying your identity, we will open your door as a temporary solution. You can then contact us to arrange a replacement key card or key. To protect your security, the lost card and/or key(s) will be deactivated.

To ensure all personal information is protected, we cannot disclose any details regarding residents' places of origin. Our residents come from many countries around the world.

The minimum contract period is one month, and the maximum is 18 months. The average stay duration ranges from around three to six months. The length of stay varies according to each customer's needs.

There is a strict no-smoking policy throughout all our properties. This includes inside individual units and within shared areas, corridors, premises, balconies, staircases, and rooftop terraces. Residents found smoking in their units will be charged special cleaning fees to remove all tobacco odors.

Unfortunately not as we have limited storage space and cannot accept responsibility for the safety and security of your property. Please contact us for external services such as storage and delivery.

If the noise source cannot be identified, a general noise-disturbance notice will be posted in prominent areas within the building to remind all residents to be mindful of noise and to request their cooperation. If the source of the noise has been identified, we will directly notify the resident responsible to rectify the issue.

Filming, photography and videography for personal use is acceptable. However, you must seek prior authorization from Weave Living for any marketing or commercial content. Weave Living strictly prohibits any materials produced at any Weave Living property including – but not limited to photography, audio and video recording – from broadcast, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other use without our prior consent.
