The delivery person can deliver packages directly to your unit if you are at home and you give them permission to enter the property. If you are not available, they will leave the package in a shared delivery box, where you can collect it at your convenience. Additionally, each unit has its own mailbox where you can retrieve letters and other mail items.

The monthly rent is all-inclusive and covers the management fee, electricity, gas, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, a full set of furniture and appliances, general cleaning, move-in and move-out fees, any handling fees, and miscellaneous expenses.
