On the official website, under "Book Now", select your desired area, layout, and move-in/move-out dates. All available properties that meet your criteria will then be displayed. If you find a unit you like, fill out the application form by clicking "Book Now." Our Leasing Team will first conduct a preliminary screening and confirm the contract details via email or phone. The contract and payment procedures can typically be completed within 10 minutes. All units are offered on a first come, first served basis. The unit will be reserved for the customer who completes the booking and payment procedures first. After you electronically sign the agreement, your contract will be finalized once you make the initial one month's rent plus security deposit payment via credit card.
When entering into a fixed-term rental contract, please pay the first month's rent and security deposit via credit card. From the next month onward, the invoice for your credit card payment will be automatically sent from our system to your registered email address 7 days before the start of the next month. Our official website has information including images of each unit type, floor plans, a 360 virtual tour, and furniture layouts. If you wish to schedule a site visit in person, please select your preferred date and time then contact us to make arrangements.
The minimum contract period is one month, so we do not offer rent rates for less than one month. The rent for stays exceeding one month will be prorated based on the number of days of occupancy.
Please apply for your address registration at the ward office that has jurisdiction over the local area of the property.
Residents must notify management of any decision to terminate their contract at least two months in advance via digital communication to be approved by the person in charge. If a resident wishes to immediately terminate their contract, it can be done by paying either two months' rent or the proportional rent for the remaining days.
To ensure all personal information is protected, we cannot disclose any details regarding residents' places of origin. Our residents come from many countries around the world.

– Extensions:
Extensions may be available up to 7 days. Extension fees are calculated based on the current monthly room rate at the time of extension, prorated on a daily basis. Extensions of 7 days or more are considered as monthly renewals.
– Renewals:
If you wish to sign for some extra months in your current unit, we will generate a New Fixed Term Lease Agreement and you can renew the contract. Renewal is possible at the current monthly rate applicable at the time.
– Conditions for requesting lease Extensions or Renewals:
Extensions and renewals are only possible when no other customer has made a booking for after the lease ending date.
– Lease terms of less than two months:
From the lease starting date, the unit is open for new bookings and anyone can book it from the next day after lease ending date on a first come, first served basis including the current guest.

-Fill out all required information in the application form
-Submit the resident's Resident Record (Juminhyo) by the contract start date. My Number is not required.
