With a standard Tokyo rental contract, you typically need to pay various fees such as key money, brokerage fees, management fees, internet charges, utility bills, bicycle parking fees, renewal fees, re-contracting fees, key exchange fees, guarantor company fees, furniture and appliance costs, and other miscellaneous expenses. For all Weave Place properties, however, none of these fees are required.
Bedding such as sheets, duvets, and pillows are provided, but we do not offer linen exchange or regular cleaning services during your stay. We kindly ask guests to arrange these services as needed.

To meet the diverse needs of our customers, we offer a variety of room types ranging from 25 to 70 square meters, and from 1 to 3LDK. Check out our website for detailed information about our different unit types.
The safety of residents is our highest priority. Our teams work closely together to ensure all our properties fully comply with Fire Services Department safety regulations. Each property also benefits from 24-hour security cameras with the main door always locked to ensure only residents and authorized personnel can enter.
If a customer cancels their stay after signing the contract but before the contract start date, the first month’s rent (that they have already paid) will be forfeited as a penalty and not refunded. However, the security deposit (Shiki-kin) will be refunded.
If a customer wishes to terminate their contract after the contract start date, they must provide at least two months notice in advance. If a customer wishes to immediately terminate their contract, they must pay two months' rent.
For contracts with a duration of less than two months, the two-month notice requirement does not apply.
