We do not permit residents to hang their own paintings or artwork on any walls of our properties. Applying glue, scotch tape or gum-paper – or driving nails, spikes, tacks into any wall, floor, fixture, fitting, or item of furniture in any part of the building – is strictly forbidden.

Our in-unit furniture is all custom-built to utilize every inch of space, so you shouldn't need additional furniture – though of course, you may want to add something of your own. Due to limited storage space, we’re unable to store any furniture for you. However, you may contact us for information on off-property offerings such as storage and delivery services.

Residents can use the Weave App to report any issues or problems as a CASE with images or videos. and Our Operations Team will review the CASE and make contact to provide support and solutions.

As we have no concierge or front desk team, we cannot hold or store your packages. However, each unit has its own mailbox and there are parcel delivery boxes within the building. If you are not home, your packages will be stored in one of the parcel delivery boxes and you can pick them up when you return.

Our Wi-Fi speed is fast enough for normal browsing and video streaming. To ensure a stable connection and smoother internet experience, we recommend switching off the Wi-Fi on any smart devices not in use. This will allow our broadband to better deliver to those devices that you are using.

As a general rule, we request check-in between 09:00 and 18:00 when staff are on duty. If you arrive outside these hours due to flight schedules or other reasons, self-check-in is also possible. Instructions will be sent to your registered email address a few hours before the start of your contract.

After self check-in, a staff member will need to conduct a move-in inspection in your room within two business days.

After you enter into a fixed-term rental agreement, no changes to the duration of stay from the contract start date to the contract end date are allowed. Changes to the floor number or unit number are also not permitted. If you only wish to change the check-in date and not the contract period, please inquire via email at live.jp@weave-living.com.

The inventory list covers all items within your unit and notes their condition. Before you move in, we will ensure everything is available in the unit or provide alternatives – and this will be clearly marked on the list. if you find anything on the list that’s missing or damaged, you should notify the team through the Weave App within 48 hours after moving in.

So that you return the unit in the same good condition as when you first moved in, daily cleaning is highly appreciated. When you move out, the team will go through the list with you again. If any items are missing or damaged, there may be a repair or replacement fee.

All personal items must be removed from the unit before you check out or a disposal fee may be charged to remove any items left behind.

Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and food items are not included as amenities, but you can purchase them at any of the nearby convenience stores.
